Once you purchase or receive a Snapshot from us, we provide the file (or link) which we then import directly into your GoHighLevel sub-account. The Snapshot automatically recreates the included marketing assets and automation setup in your account, giving you a ready-to-run system tailored for your industry or use case.

Yes. A GoHighLevel account or sub-account is required to install a Snapshot. You can either:

  1. Use your own GHL account:
    We install and configure the Snapshot into your existing account.
  2. Use our agency GHL account:
    We create and manage a sub-account on your behalf (ideal if you are new or don’t want to handle platform setup).

You choose what works best for you.

Each Snapshot typically includes:

    This is the subscription cost paid to GoHighLevel (monthly/annual) — not included in the Snapshot price unless you choose to use our agency platform.
  3. Optional optimisation & customisation
    We offer additional services (at an hourly rate) to tailor, refine, or expand your setup beyond the base Snapshot — for example, adding custom automations, advanced reporting, integrations, or bespoke funnels.

Pricing is transparent, and we’ll provide clear totals before any commitment.

Yes. After installation, we can customise the Snapshot based on your brand, workflows, and specific business needs. This includes adjusting funnels, automations, CRM fields, messaging, and reporting. Custom optimisation is billed at our standard hourly rate unless included in your package.

Yes. Once purchased, a Snapshot can be applied to multiple sub-accounts if you are using your own GHL account (especially useful for agencies onboarding many clients).

We can still install a Snapshot. We’ll assess your existing setup and either:

  • Import into a new sub-account
  • Merge and configure components into the existing account

We take precautions to avoid overwriting data and can support a staging workflow if required.
